Define Terms & Conditions

Define Terms & Conditions for ecosystem participants to sign and follow.

note

For more explanation on how to successfully model an ecosystem/federation to fully reflect its needs and requirements, see the Modeling Ecosystems article.

Prerequisites

Get an Access Token with the directory:website scope - if you want to create or manage Terms and Conditions Documents using Connect's APIs.

Add Terms and Conditions Document

  1. Select Reference Data > **Terms & Conditions **> New Terms & Conditions.

  2. Fill in the fields configuring your T&C document and save.

    Field NameDescription
    TypeType of the document
    NameName of the document
RolesThe Authorisation Domain Roles this document applies to - only users bound to one of the selected roles are required to sign it
Signing Service SubjectsUser identifier of the Docusign user to whom the document is to be sent
Signing Email SubjectSubject of the email to be sent

Signer1Version - Signer6VersionThe DocuSign template version matching the corresponding template ID

Regulatory Document Types

note

This tab is only available if your ecosystem/federation has the external regulatory document feature enabled.

In addition to Terms & Conditions, ecosystems/federations with this feature enabled can define Regulatory Document Types - a separate tab from Terms & Conditions used to categorise external regulatory documents that organisations must register against.

  1. Select Reference Data > Terms & Conditions > Regulatory Document Types tab.

  2. Select New Regulatory Document Type and fill in the fields defining the document type.

Delete Terms and Conditions Document

For security purposes, Raidiam enables Global Administrators only to soft-delete Terms and Conditions by disabling them.

You can disable a Terms and Conditions document by selecting the Disable button (access forbidden sign under the Actions label) or by using the Deactivate T&C Document API.

Manage Terms and Conditions Documents Using APIs

Raidiam Connect allows organisations to integrate with the following APIs for Terms & Condition Management:
